Measure Manage takes reasonable care in preparing estimates, cost plans, takeoffs, bills of quantities, and related documents. However, construction costs can vary due to market conditions, labour rates, material prices, design changes, site conditions, contractor pricing, and other external factors.
Our reports, estimates, and recommendations are based on the information provided and available at the time of preparation. They should be used as professional guidance, not as a guaranteed final project cost.
Fees, payment terms, and invoicing details will be set out in the relevant quote, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made by the due date stated on the invoice. We may pause or delay work if payment is overdue.
If you cancel, delay, or significantly change the scope of a project after work has started, you may be required to pay for work completed up to that point, along with any reasonable costs already incurred.
Any changes to the agreed scope may require a revised quote or additional fees.
